    • Recreation of property survey and completed site plot plans

  • Site Assessment Consultations can be booked for $250 +hst. You will receive a full zoning assessment of your property. Including what can and cannot be constructed, if your property has any restrictions, and your approximate building envelope (set backs, lot percentage allowable).
