During this first phase of your project, our design team will get to know you. We learn about your family, your needs and your lifestyle. We visit your property for a walkthrough and review site lines and property information.

During this phase our talented design team will collaborate to create preliminary floor plans and exterior elevations.

During this phase, the design developed in the schematic design phase will undergo many reviews to give attention to the finer details.

During this phase our design team will work to complete permit ready drawings which will be used by townships, trades and suppliers during your build. We will collaborate with your contractor to ensure our drawings match their building practices. This process may take 2-3 weeks to complete. All drawings are reviewed by a professional structural engineer.

Your drawings are complete. We can assist you with obtaining everything you need to secure your building permit or we can set you up for success to make it happen. We are happy to visit your site during construction and/or answer any questions you or your contractor may have.
